The following resources can help with both the latest edition of APA and Harvard (Cite Them Right). The following list includes Referencing Guides, Useful Links, Books and Reference Management Software.

Curtin University APA Guide (7th edition)This guide includes a downloadable PDF that details a large variety of materials, providing examples of how to cite in text and in the bibliography.

Cite Them Right [opens in new window]Online guide on all referencing styles, essential resource if you are using Harvard (Cite Them Right) style (check with your tutor if unsure).
IMPORTANT: Check with your tutors to find out which style of referencing you are expected to use. Most courses in the School of Psychology use APA style, but a small number use Harvard style referencing. If you are required to use Harvard style, then it is highly recommended to use the University's official guide to Harvard: Cite Them Right.
