Referencing using OSCOLA

Referencing is very important – it shows the person marking your work where you got your information and in turn, gives credit to the author/s of that piece of work.  It also highlights the amount of reading and effort you have put into the research for the assignment.  Anytime you use a quote or are influenced by something you have read, you need to reference the source in your work.  If in doubt, put in a reference!

Referencing should be in a particular style according to the rules of the subject or School.  The Law School uses OSCOLA.
