You can request items to be collected in advance of your visit. This is available with one working day’s notice.
We can process a maximum of 20 items per request.
This is available on referral from the Disability and Dyslexia Team.

In your email please include the following information:
We will collect the books and you will receive an automated email that your items are ready to collect.
If the book has been borrowed by another user we will request it for you.
You can collect your books from the holds collection area in each library. Books are shelved numerically by student ID. Library and security staff can assist with collecting items from the shelves. If you need the items put on lower shelves please indicate this on the email so we can put them at an accessible height for you.
If you need help collecting items from the shelves but have not put in a request then Library staff will do their best to help you, but there may be a short delay whilst the call for other staff to assist.
You will need your UEL ID card to borrow the items.
