You can ask us questions through Online Chat, email, or in person during staffed library hours.
Library helpdesks are available at both libraries:
Online chat (see link on the left) is available 24/7, during staffed hours your chat will be answered by a member of UEL library staff. Outside staffed hours, or if it is very busy, your chat will be answered by librarians from around the world who will be able to help find, access, and use resources. If they are unable to answer your query they will take your details and a member of the UEL library team will get back to you.
You can also contact us through our enquiry and feedback form.
Search our FAQs for the answer to your question.
Your Academic Services Librarian is available to help you improve your skills in searching for, finding, and evaluating information for your assignments. They can also offer basic advice on referencing. We are developing an online booking system for you to make an appointment with your librarian, but in the mean time you can email them for help and to make an appointment.
Our Academic Services Librarians have developed a number of online videos to help you search for and evaluate information for your studies.
