Make use of our Digital First Aid Service, led by experienced and tech-savvy Digital Skills Ambassadors. They can help you understand and make the most of your Office 365 account, including using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel, help you navigate Moodle, use Turnitin for submitting assignments, accessing electronic resources and using library printers. During the Welcome period, you can consult the Digital Skills Advisors as a walk-in or pre-book appointment.
