Physical wellness is about being active, eating well and having balanced nutrition, feeling safe and secure, and getting adequate sleep.
It is the last parts of this that we can help most with in the Library. Our spaces are first and foremost spaces for study. Some rooms are for group study but most of our space is for quiet or silent individual study.
Take a Break - it is really important to take frequent breaks and concentrate on something else or take a walk outside around our campuses and please don't take naps or sleep in the library - if you are getting sleepy, it's a sign to take a break or stop for the day in order to maintain your physical wellness.
