Getting help

You can ask us questions through Online Chat, email, or in person during staffed library hours.

Helpdesks

Library helpdesks are available at both libraries:

  • Docklands: first floor opposite the self-issue machines
  • Stratford: ground floor facing the library entrance

Online chat

Online chat is available 24/7, during staffed hours your chat will be answered by a member of UEL library staff.  Outside staffed hours, or if it is very busy, your chat will be answered by librarians from around the world who will be able to help find, access, and use resources.  If they are unable to answer your query they will take your details and a member of the UEL library team will get back to you.
