Last Tuesday (20th Feb), ChatGPT started providing "unexpected responses" to queries from users. In some cases, it simply repeated the same phrase until it filled the user's screen. OpenAI posted an update the next morning reporting that the issue had been resolved. Source: Gizmodo.
